Equip Country includes the following contract therapists and administrative team. Therapists are available in person at their locations, or online via Telehealth. Equip also has access to a wide network of other qualified therapists should referral be preferred.

She currently also provides input at board level and leadership coaching to developing leaders in her local church.

    She has lived experience in helping and ministry professions, whilst balancing relationship and parenting challenges, practical daily caring for family members with physical and mental health issues, living cross-culturally, living as a military family with deployment experience, grieving the loss of loved ones, managing ongoing stress, working through burnout, and finding strength, meaning and purpose in the work of ministry throughout these challenging life seasons. Kristy has 3 children and has been married for 26 years.   • Alongside her professional qualifications Janet has decades of experience working with women both individually and as a group leader. She is married, has raised five children, moved 14 times including both interstate and overseas and supported her husband through six military deployments. She is well acquainted with the stressors of grief and loss and trauma, of cultural transitions and of parenting.

    She understands the exhaustion of burnout and of losing “who you are” while trying to be who others need you to be.

    Janet is passionate about supporting people to discover their uniqueness and be all that they were created to be.
